WHAT WILL I LEARN
The Bucket List is taught in two block units called Camps. The first Camp begins on
Monday 13th July and finishes on August 7th. There are 7 training sessions per week, two at 6:00am and another five evening sessions (times below) . The following is a brief outline of what you will be taught.
Camp One - Introduction to MMA
- Cardiovascular training
- Strength and conditioning
- Basic takedowns
- Basic Submissions
- Basic striking
- Basic positions standing / ground
- Explanation of rules and scoring
Upon the completion of Camp One you may be chosen to go into the next phase. Camp Two Fight Camp is the next stage your journey and will focus on sharpening your skill and the physical preparedness required for combat.
Camp Two - Fight Specific Camp
- Stage two cardiovascular training
- Stage two strength and conditioning
- Bag work
- Take-downs and drills
- Rolling skills
- Stand up sparring
- MMA sparing
- Position transitions standing / floor
- Fight preparedness
Training times have been selected so as to allow full time workers the opportunity to participate.If your keen but unable to make some of these times please contact us or make a note on your application form and we will try to accommodate for you.
